You know it's that time of day to go back to where you came from after you have gained 10 lbs from eating turkey(ham,duck,goose) dressing, pie, cake, etc. You feel sluggish and horrified going back to work or even school. Well from what I learned over the years about the slug back to work/school is this.
1. Do some work or school related stuff the day after thanksgiving.
2. Keep yourself occupied with a Laptop or a blog.
3. Take your trip back home early and not on the day you have to.
4. Talk to co-workers and schoolmates over the phone or in person to in-sync back to your daily program before the dreadful MONDAY.
This is how I get myself back in the game, hope it works out for you.
